Welcome to Klamath Yacht Club's Website
The Club is a mutual benefit corporation governed by Oregon law. We are a volunteer organization. New member applications require sponsorship by a current club member. The applications are available in the clubhouse at the bar. The board prefers that candidates for membership stop in and pick up an application personally and meet some of the members.

The application fee is $100 payable with submission of application. If the application is not accepted by the Board at the next regular board meeting, that fee will be returned. Monthly dues bills of $25 are sent via email. If you prefer to pay your membership annually, there is a one month discount. The treasurer will explain this procedure.

Each membership has a 12 hour work assessment per year. Any work assessment hours not met will be billed at the rate of $20 per hour. Work hours are reported to the treasurer and then billed, as needed, each January. Failure to pay dues or work assessment results in suspension of membership. Details of this procedure are set forth in the bylaws (furnished to new members upon acceptance).
